Mobile and Social gaming developer Zynga has partnered with Porsche in what the two companies are calling a "global content partnership". In honor of Porsche's 70th anniversary, they're filling out the CSR Racing 2 mobile racing game (allegedly the world's most popular) with new Porsche-centric in-game content.

Racing video games get consistently more accurate and true-to-life with each new generation.  For at least a decade gamers have been plucked from their couches and thrust into real driver's seats only to prove they can be quite successful. Nissan and Playstation partnered for a program to develop new drivers, and some of them ended up racing in international open wheel, GT, and prototype classes to varying levels of success.

We're well into the second half of 2018 now, and Porsche's month-to-month growth shows no sign of slowing. Indeed, save for Cayenne sales in North America, all models are up in 2018. The sales figures tell just part of the story, as Porsche's increasing investments in new fields are beginning to have larger and larger effects on the company as a whole.

Porsche Cars Canada reported their best July results ever. With monthly sales of 793 Porsches, their yearly total grows to 4,792 - a 4.7% increase over the same period last year.
