We've been hearing rumors of a new Porsche to be placed in the model lineup somewhere between the 911 Turbo S and the 918 for sometime now. But that's all they are, rumors. Tired of the
rumors, famed graphic designer Rene Garcia (you've seen his work in Star Trek, Transformers, The Matrix Trilogy, etc.) decided to design one on his own, the Porsche 913. This is what he created.

Our Favorite Porsches On EBay This Week. Volume 5
|
For all of the eccentric and eclectic Porsche collectors and enthusiasts out there, we've decided that it is about time someone aggregated the best of the best that eBay has to offer in the
Porsches-for-sale department. We've tracked down five exciting Porsches for folks to purchase today, including a collector 944 (is that an oxymoron?), an SC racer, a low-mile up-and-comer, an extremely rare open-top long-hood, and a GT Cruiser with a stick shift. Visiting Patrick Long's Luftgekühlt With Patrick Dempsey, Magnus Walker and Chad McQueen
|
Luftgekühlt is the German word for "air-cooled" and it's also the name of a new gathering of Porsches conceived and executed by factory racer Patrick Long. Held last weekend at Deus Ex Machina in
Venice, CA, the inaugural show featured a huge collection of invite only Porsches. Everything from pristine museum cars to R Gruppe and "outlaw" hot rods, were carefully hand-picked by Patrick to draw a crowd. You may not have known about the show and you most likely didn't attend, but don't worry, we did! Check out our pictures and interviews with Pat Long, Patrick Dempsey, Chad McQueen and Magnus Walker.
