The 959 was a remarkable piece of automobile history that was decades ahead of its time with
much of it's technology only appearing in common vehicles within the last ten years or so. The 918 attempts something very similar, featuring very advanced technology, including a naturally aspirated V8 that works with a seamlessly integrated electric motor to provide extra boost. Can Porsche's new hypercar achieve the same effect that its predecessor did?

I've been a loud proponent of the 914 movement for quite a few
years now. They are fantastic little cars that punch well above their weight class. With my 914 interest levels piqued, I occasionally float around the 914 World forums, looking for potential deals, occasional gems of information, and traditionally polite conversation. A few weeks ago, I noticed that the 914 West Coast Ramble event would be held practically nearby and decided to go for an epically beautiful drive around the Lake Tahoe, and talk shop with a gaggle of 'teener owners. It was a good decision. Here's why.

GT3, run by Stephane Ratel's SRO sanctioning body). EBS Racing has recently brought more than 20 of these Brazilian GT3 cup cars to the market in varying state of race prep and condition, but all are said to be battle ready, without structural damage, and should be able to take down a PCA championship with the right driver at the wheel.

Last November Porsche asked fans and owners to "Test Their Porsche Knowledge" by watching a series of videos and that revealed various "secrets" about the Porsche 911 and then
answer questions as quickly as possible about the Porsches that were just revealed. The cars in quiz included a 911 Aerodynamic Concept, 911 SC E African Rally Car, 911 Mid Engine, 911 V8, The first 911 Turbo and a 911 San Remo Rally Car.

year's 24 Hours of Le Mans. This week is devoted to the hybrid systems that retrieve and release energy in the LMP1 class cars. Porsche and the other manufacturers are allowed up to 2 on-board systems this year to release massive amounts of energy when called on.
