Jeff Zwart Pikes Peak Test Days
Watching this video had us thinking two things: 1. No freaking way could we ever do this! 2. What's that sound?  DRIVE put together this teaser showing Jeff Zwart during test days in what looks to be a 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup. However, when you hear that waste gate valve in the video you'll be wondering exactly what kind of engine is in that Porsche?  We've asked, but don't have an answer yet.  We're told there should be more info soon.
Watch the Video of a Porsche 911 GT2 as it Flips and Crashes on the Nürburgring
The north loop of the Nurburgring covers nearly 13 miles and more than 1000 feet of elevation change from its highest to lowest points.  One of the more dangerous sections of track, a twin apex corner, is known as the "Flugplatz" due to it's ability to upset the suspension on even the best set-up cars.  The videos in this post show exactly what can happen to an unsuspecting driver if they don't give the "ring" the respect it deserves.  Click here , or on the picture above, to watch either the full video of the crash or the slow motion version that shows the details.
Video Documentary: FALKEN Porsche at the 24 Hours of Nurburgring
Falken Motorsport Documentary
Last week we felt bad about highlighting a short film from Falken Tire  to criticize ALL videos created in a similar style. We're huge fans of the Falken Tire Porsche racing team and it just happened that their video came out right when we were posting about the subject. Well, they have redeemed themselves and done so in an amazing way. The following documentary is 28 minutes of extremely well edited and produced video that shows just what goes into preparing a car and team for the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.

Porsche's Neel Jani
Rumors of Porsche signing F1 driver Mark Webber turned out to be false. That didn't stop Porsche from pulling from the F1 pool to continue the build-out of their 2014 LMP1 effort at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
