Tesla introduced their new full electric sports car, the Tesla Roadster 2. Tesla claims their Roadster 2 will sprint from 0-60 in just 1.9 seconds and shoot through the quarter mile in a neck-snapping 8.8 second run. Furthermore, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla, claims that the car has a top speed in excess of 250 miles per hour. Perhaps most incredibly, Musk promises a 620 mile range from this super do-it-all car. 

Singer and Williams have been working together on this gorgeous display of carbon, titanium, and original 911 steel for a few years now, and they're finally ready to show off the fruits of their labor. They're only going to make 75 of them and you can bet they won't come cheap.

When Porsche announced their return to Le Mans and the FIA WEC at the end of 2011, we were optimistic that it would signal a new era of Porsche sports car dominance with the longevity of the 956/962 program of the 80s and 90s. The 919 Hybrid finally showed up for the start of the 2014 WEC season, and was instantly on-pace with the rest of the LMP1 competition (Audi and Toyota). After just four seasons of international competition, the changing state of international motorsport makes this program less viable than it once was, and it came to a close this weekend with the season-ending race in Bahrain.

For a man who started racing relatively late in life, Patrick Dempsey has gone quite far. Sure, some of his involvement can be attributed to the fortune made from playing Dr. McDreamy, but he's taken it more seriously than the regular celebrity-turned-racer, and learned some of the mental approach which make the best so imperturbable. In fact, he's become quite zen in his approach to motorsport.
