Even though demand for Porsche diesels is falling, a fix was still needed for more than 38,000 Porsche Cayenne Diesel models affected by "Dieselgate". Porsche has finally reached agreements in the U.S. and Europe that will allow more than 38,000 3.0-litre V6 TDI vehicles with “Generation 2.1” and “Generation 2.2” engines to be brought into line with the emission standards according to which they were originally certified.

The racing suit and helmet McQueen wore while driving what is now the most expensive Porsche ever sold are going up for auction in New York this December.
