Porsche Cars North America, Inc. (PCNA), announced July 2017 sales earlier this week of 3,901 vehicles. This is a .6% increase over last July and represents another record July for PCNA. In addition, deliveries are up 2.9% year-to-date as compared to with 31,469 vehicle sales.

With all the discussion around global warming, and the continued refinement of CAFE regulations, you don't need to be Issac Asimov to envision a future where all new cars are electric and fossil fuel cars are relegated to the track, private collections and museums.

While backdating is currently all the rage, it's refreshing to see a shop take Workshop 5001's approach. These builds have more in common with Rod Emory's Outlaw aesthetic than Singer's "Greatest Hits of the 911" approach, and seem to have the kind of attention to detail which defines the two better known builders.

This Cayman is a good reminder of just how long Matt Farah has been reviewing cars on Youtube. Many years ago, when he was still at Garage419, Farah reviewed an earlier build of this same Cayman. Then at Farnbacher Loles, this Cayman was one of the company's "Cayman GTR" builds.​​​​​​​

Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. (PCL), reported July monthly sales earlier this week of 770 total Porsches delivered. This is the best July in company history and their 67th consecutive record month in-a-row.

If you ever doubted Magnus Walker's reach and influence, look no further than this most recent event in Hamburg, Germany. Magnus is currently on a psuedo book tour for his recently released autobiography, "Urban Outlaw: Dirt Don't Slow You Down". With just a simple post on Instagram Magnus rallied more than 500 people and 200 cars.
