Last month we introduced you to Project 944 GTS and our plans for updates to the suspension, brakes and powertrain.  In this, our second installment, we're kicking things off with a new set of sway bars. Not only do we look at what's available for stock choices, but aftermarket as well. We'll remove the old ones, install the new ones and test them as best we can.

There are two major international watch exhibitions each year: SIHH held in Geneva and BaselWorld held in Basel. BaselWorld is the Holy Grail for collectors like Carson Chan, our newest contributor. Not only is Carson an avid air-cooled Porsche fan and collector, he knows his watches better than most. Carson spent 15-years with Bonhams as their Managing Director & Watch Specialist for Asia Pacific. Currently, Carson spends time as Head of Mission for the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie in Greater China. In this, his inaugural post, Carson explains his love of Porsche Design and what makes their new Monobloc Actuator so special. 

 
 
PORSCHE SCORES REPEAT WINS IN J.D. POWER INITIAL QUALITY STUDY
 
JD Power 2017

J.D. Power surveyed more than 77,000 private individuals who rated 243 models from 33 manufacturers to determining the winners of their "Initial Quality Study". Porsche came out on top in three different categories including year-over-year repeats in two of them.

DRIVING A 356 FOR THE FIRST TIME

Regular contributor Chris Cushing has a soft spot for the 356. He used to own one, albeit a rusty project car. Now, it lives in Saudi Arabia. The first one he ever drove was a black T6 B, just like the one Matt Farah drives in this video. While Farah is used to much more powerful modern cars, he finds a lot to like in this 356.

Since 2010 Jens Walther has been the face and head of Porsche Motorsports North America when he replaced Paul Ritchie. Last week, Porsche announced that Walther will be returning to his roots and taking a new role in Germany.
