Top Gear presenter and resident hot-shoe Chris Harris is not one to waste an opportunity, no matter how bad the weather is. Chris Harris tested the Acura NSX, Audi R8 V10 and the Porsche 911 Turbo at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground,
Leicestershire and the weather was wet even for the UK. All three automobiles are highly technical and feature all-wheel drive, perfect for the conditions. Given the horribly rainy weather, Harris decided it was the perfect day for a drag race in an effort to prove each car's abilities.

What started as an idea quickly turned to reality when artist Nic Hunziker located a donor GT3 for his "Art Car" project. Over the last 9-days Nic, along with co-pilot and FLATSIXES.com contributor Brett Sloan, drove the newly acquired 996 GT3 from Nova Scotia back to L.A. Along the way they covered nearly 4900 miles and managed to scrape by with only one (1) speeding ticket.

18,000 PANAMERAS AND CAYENNES RECALLED DUE TO CAM CONTROLLER ISSUE |

Last week the NHTSA issued a recall for 17,986 Panameras and Cayennes built between 2010 and 2012. The affected vehicles are Panamera S, 4S and Turbos built between 2010 and 2012, and Cayenne S and Turbo models built in 2011.

André Lotterer is going from strength to strength. With Audi now out of endurance racing, the former Audi driver has moved to Porsche. In his first two races with the team, at Silverstone and Spa, he has helped to achieve third and fourth place finishes for Porsche alongside Nick Tandy and Neel Jani. Le Mans is now in
the books, and Lotterer has taken the time to talk about the changeover to Porsche with Mobil 1 On the Grid, and his relationship with his new teammates.
