Project Boxster Clubsport just wrapped, so it's time to change our tune. We would like to introduce our new project car, and we'll be the first to point out that it is inconsistent with the very title of this site. It's Porsche-powered, but it's an all-aluminum 2.5L inline four, not a "Flat-Six". We
didn't seek this car out as a project car, and actually our author had this particular car before he started writing for us. He's enjoyed it thoroughly so far, but he's wanted to take this Porsche to the next level in terms of performance. In order to keep up with the latest in performance tires from our friends at Michelin, Project "944 GTS" is going to be host to quite a few updates to its suspension, brakes, and powertrain.

A COMPETITION INSPIRED PORSCHE COLLECTION |
Some collections sprawl. Jay Leno has hundreds of cars across a wide array of marques, types and ideas. Some collections are unified by a single theme, whether it's classic Packards, or in this case light weight Porsches. To the collector who invited FLATSIXES.com to his home to view his stable, adding lightness was
the name of the game. Inside his fifteen car garage were no fewer than ten Lotuses and four Porsche RS models. To him, the two marques are unified in their use of advanced materials with an emphasis on decreasing weight in pursuit of competition success. This central theme draws his Lotus and Porsche collections together, and helps to emphasize that which unites four decades of RS 911s.

OUR FAVORITE PORSCHES ON EBAY: VOLUME 86 |
We've been compiling some amazing Porsche models on eBay for over two years now, and we've seen some pretty astonishing cars pop up now and again. This week's mix should have a little something for everyone. Keep in mind, some of these Porsches could be great collection investments, while others might prove to do more
financial harm than good.

YOU CAN CONFIGURE THIS 115' PORSCHE INSPIRED YACHT ONLINE |
If you're anything like me, you spend time on Porsche's site playing with the configurator designing the car of your dreamS. I get a lot of enjoyment playing with option packages, colors, wheels and everything else you can do to personalize your Porsche. So, imagine my surprise when I found that Dynamiq - a yacht
builder based in Monaco - had paired with Studio F.A. Porsche to design the GTT 115 Hybrid Superyacht.

TAKE A REDLINE TOUR OF THE FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE FROM INSIDE A 904 GTS |
The video in this post was shot during this year's "Tour Auto Optic 2000". While there were many Porsches entered in this vintage rally event, this was the only 904. Watch and listen as it tears through the French countryside at terrifying speeds down wet, narrow, tree-lined
streets.

THE NEW 911 GT3: IS IT AS GOOD AS A 911R? |
Drive Tribe's Jethro Bovingdon already established that he loves the 911 GT3 on track, and now on the road, the story seems much the same. In the rain, mist, and greasy conditions often suffered by English journalists, the GT3 shone. How then does it compare to the instant-classic 911R? Does the ostensibly more focused GT3 give the same joie de vivre as the R?
