For the past 5-years T.J. Kessler (Grandson of Leonard and Betty Jo Turner, who for more than 40-years were the moving forces behind Porsche Panorama magazine) have gone
on assignment to the Amelia Island Concours for FLATSIXES.com. This year, while on the Concours with his grandfather TJ got the idea to pair his shots of Porsches on the Concours with period shots from Leonard's archives of the same cars in action on the track. It's a great reminder that the Porsches we see on the Concours used to work for a living on the track.

PORSCHE ANNOUNCES 6-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH FORZA MOTORSPORTS |
Porsche announced a partnership with Microsoft's Forza Motorsport franchise during the New York International Auto Show, proving once again that ending their long-running exclusive partnership with Electronic Arts was a wise decision. In addition, Porsche recently confirmed their inclusion in Gran Turismo Sport, iRacing and Assetto Corsa giving the brand its broadest presence in video games in recent memory. The growing popularity of eSports, online competition in video games, makes this
partnership a valuable one. Forza's Racing Championship is currently the largest eSport racing community, and allows Porsche to reach a younger audience with a high degree of realism.

PRODUCT DESIGNER MODELS CHAIR BASED ON '64 911 |
Miseop Woo is a Product Designer in Seoul, South Korea. Using a 1964 Porsche 911 as his inspiration, Woo designed a chair. That's right, a chair. Not surprisingly, this isn't the first Porsche inspired chair we've seen and I'm sure it won't be the last.

PORSCHE'S LMP TEAM HAS MORE SPONSORS THAN YOU THINK |

Sponsorship and motorsports go together like chicken and waffles. It's a strange combination, but done correctly it just works.

MID-ENGINE 911 RSR CATCHES FIRE DURING SILVERSTONE RACE |
Three hours into the WEC season opener at Silverstone, Porsche's GTE cars looked to be doing well. Frédéric Makowiecki, in the #91 911 RSR, was in and out of the lead and the #92 car wasn't far behind. Unfortunately, Porsche's chances for a double podium in GTE went up in smoke when Estre's 911 caught
fire.
