It's something right out of a bad dream. You're driving along, minding your own business, when out of nowhere, a wayward deer comes running out of the woods and right in-front of your Porsche.  No matter how good your reaction time is, your car still needs to perform. Fortunately, today's modern Porsches have a host of technological goodies that a lot of us take for granted. When they perform in concert, as intended, they can save you're car and possibly your life.  

As you know by now, we never like to give away the race results in our newsletter. Porsche just recorded their strongest January sales month ever in the U.S. What models led the charge? How did the sports car line-up do? 

For years now we've seen glimpses and pieces of Porsche's not so secret warehouse. They've teased us with video after video and this year's Porsche calendar even features it. Now, Porsche seems ready to truly open the doors and show us around. This time, they'll do it in a new video series called the "Porsche Top 5 Series".

Canada kicked off the year right with a 44% increase in sales over the same period last year. What does that translate to in sales by model line?

If you're reading this newsletter, the results of this "versus" video may surprise you. In it, Doug DeMuro pits the first Porsche Turbo that doesn't have a chip on its shoulder against one of the last Ferraris powered by a Boxer twelve. These two 1990s legends really couldn't be more different. Doug highlights a lot of things we already know- the Porsche is impeccably built, where the Ferrari is flimsy. The Porsche has intuitive ergonomics, the Ferrari's interior controls are arranged haphazardly.
