2016 911 GT3 RS Track Review - Rowdy Rear Engine
A few weeks ago Porsche invited FLATSIXES to Road Atlanta to take part in a day of track driving with the Cayman GT4 and the 911 GT3 RS.  I know, tough job, right? You've already read Bradley's report on the GT4 (there's a link below if you missed it) and now we have his thoughts on the GT3 RS.
Porsche's New Turbo Hits 60 MPH In Under 3 Seconds & Turbo S Has Top Speed of 205 MPH
With the advent of the 991.2 series, all 911s are now "turbo charged", so how does Porsche make their top dogs stand out?  By giving them a bigger bark and more bite.  With 540 hp and 580 hp, respectively, the new 911 Turbo and Turbo S unleash serious power for the Porsche enthusiast to break away from the pack.  We have specs, pictures, pricing and video for both new 911s in this post
Our Favorite Porsches On eBay This Week: Volume 37
We've been compiling the best Porsche models on eBay for over a year now, and we've seen some pretty astonishing cars pop up now and again. There is some great new stuff every two weeks, so check back often. We've tracked down five more exciting Porsches for you nice people to purchase today, including a PDK equipped Sypder, a Lime Gold GT3, a 356 project car, plus RSR tribute, and a restored to perfection 911 Targa. Some of these cars could be great collection investments, while others might prove to do more financial harm than good.

Porsche Mission E Gets The Green Light For Production
Porsche first introduced us to the Mission E earlier this year in Frankfurt.  Now, just a few months later, they've announced they intend to actually produce it. In other words, Porsche's first 100% electrically powered car is on its way to the market!  Here are the details we have so far.

Porsche Cartoon
If you enjoy these Porsche cartoons (or any of our other posts for that matter) we would love it if you would take a minute to share them with others.  All you need to do is click here, or on the image above, and then share it by selecting any of the social network buttons you find on the side and bottom of the post.
Reader Submitted Pictures
Usually, an air-cooled Porsche will be the focus of any picture. However, this shot of reader Nelson Wong's '94 993 is almost over shadowed by the mesmerizing background that is the Hong Kong skyline at night.  We say almost because 993s hold a special place in our heart and Nelson's looks to us like it compliments the skyline nicely.

We want to thank everyone that has sent in pictures so far and we'll do our best to get them all published in time.   If you have a favorite Porsche picture (or video) you would like to share with other FLATSIXES.com readers simply email it to pictureoftheweek@flatsixes.com.

This Soundbar Is Constructed From The Exhaust System Of A 911 GT3
When I first saw the image above I thought it was a piece of automotive sculpture.  It's not. Instead, it's a speaker from Porsche Design Group and it sounds as good as it looks.  We have details, pricing, video and availability for this crazy new soundbar right here.
Cayman GT4 Named EVO Car of The Year
Documentary Captures Essence Of a RWB Porsche Build
Most RWB build videos we see are, for all intents and purposes, artfully done time-lapse compilations. That's what makes the video in this post so different. In this instance it's more of a mini documentary vs. time-lapse. We get to watch not only as Nakai-san builds an RWB on the east coast for Altanta's Tate George, but we get to learn more about Nakai-san and the Rauh Welt culture. This video delves deeper into what drives Nakai-san then most other videos we've seen and fascinates as a result. Enjoy!
