Over the course of a 24-hour endurance race almost anything can happend, and usually does.  Such was the case this weekend at Daytona when Andy Lally, driving the Magnus Racing No. 44 911 GT America entry, brought his car into the pits after it started throwing huge amounts of smoke as if on fire.  When the crew opened up the car to inspect it, this is what they found.
